Job Location: Newark, Hybrid (1 Day per week in office)

Salary: £28,000- £55,000 OTE

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Protection Advisor to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the trial policies within their client bank, ensuring that each policy is reviewed regularly and providing expert advice on protection products.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing trial policies for approximately 1700 clients to ensure compliance and suitability.
• Providing protection advice to clients based on their individual needs and financial circumstances.
• Collaborating with mortgage advisors to assess client needs and recommend appropriate protection products.
• Proactively contacting clients to discuss policy reviews and provide ongoing support.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy recommendations.
• Attending weekly meetings in Newark to discuss progress and strategies with the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of protection products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to Newark at least once a week for meetings and team collaboration.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
