Roles and Responsibilities

CMME are looking to bring an experienced Senior Protection Advisor on board to join and oversee the Protection team. You will be experienced managing and leading teams, including onboarding and training. As a hands-on Advisor your role will also encompass liaising with clients to advise on and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and give a high level of client care.

The majority of leads are provided from the mortgage team which ensures a busy pipeline so you must be confident in handling your own caseload but also prepared to do an element of self-generation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of the Protection team including, conducting performance reviews, feedback, and day to day support to the team.
• In addition to the above, you will also provide a quality compliant and efficient insurance advice service to our clients always.
• Ensuring client expectations are managed throughout the process and their outcome is a positive experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team and individually as required by the demands of the role.
• An excellent communicator and ability to build sound relationships.
• To liaise fully with the administration team to ensure a seamless process of the insurance application.
• Ensure a high level of data gathering and data input accuracy is recorded.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a Protection only role, with excellent Protection conversion rates and proven historic figures is essential.
