Our client is an established Financial Planning business that specialises in advising their clients on Property Finance and Insurance needs. They are a fun and close-knit team who all share a passion for delivering a truly first-class customer experience, helping to fulfill aspirations and to see their client’s dreams realised.

Due to organic growth, they are now in search of an experienced Protection Administrator that would like to continue their career within a "family feel" environment. You may be a Protection Adviser who is looking to get away from sales or someone that is looking for a little more flexibility to work around their family life.

As the business has also set up a Will Writing division, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to build their knowledge and expertise when assisting clients who require this service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be comfortable dealing with an array of clients.
  • Updating and liaising with clients to progress their insurance applications.
  • Document preparation
  • Make full and accurate notes of all conversations and ensure that they are acted on or passed on to the appropriate colleague without unnecessary delay.
  • Type reports, letters, schedules, forms etc.
  • Ensure all filing, both paper and electronic, is carried out on a regular basis to maintain an up-to-date filing system.
  • Requires the ability to quickly understand and use the process driven protection sales system.

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working within a regulated, whole of market environment. (This could be as a Protection Administrator or Protection Adviser - Essential.
  • Thorough understanding of providers Criteria across the whole of Market
  • Have experience researching and placing cases.
  • Have experience of pre and post sales administration
  • Have the desire for personal development and constant improvement.
