Propositions Manager
The Propositions Manager will develop B2C customer propositions end-to-end. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends, and will use this knowledge to steer the development of innovative products and services.

A Propositions Manager opportunity at a leading financial services organisation that operates a charitable scheme supporting over 700,000 people across the UK. The organisation is the collective of several large banks and the government. Their business model and marketing strategy revolves heavily around electric vehicles and zero-emission initiatives.

Develop innovative propositions based on customer insights and market trends that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and values.

Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.

Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to bring new products and services to market and develop effective promotional strategies.

Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
Profile
A successful Propositions Manager should have:
- Preferably, 5+ years marketing experience developing B2C customer propositions
- Ideally, experience in a large B2C organisation or working with one via agency
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of between £54,000 - £66,000 per annum, with up to a 22% bonus.
