This role demands a balance of creativity and accuracy, requiring the individual to effectively communicate our strengths while adhering to client and industry standards.
The position requires effective collaboration with Key Account Managers, internal experts, and stakeholders, integrating diverse insights into each proposal. Regular client interaction is essential for a precise understanding of their requirements, ensuring Proposals are both compelling and customised.

The Role:

• Oversees the management and prioritisation of all business unit proposals
• Building full and detailed cost models and maintaining CRM system
• Lead the existing tendering team to support multiple opportunities with a commitment to quality, ensuring timely, top-standard responses
• Cultivate strong, loyal relationships with existing clients to deliver demand generation

The Person:

• Experience in crafting detailed and persuasive proposals.
• Background in managing projects, particularly in planning and execution phases
