Property Services Officer

We have a current opportunity for a Property Services Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will initially be for 3 months. The role will be office based (unless out on site).

The main duties of the role will be:

• Carry out pre inspections as required to assess the nature of the repair and record on job line
• Monitor and control the external contractor's performance against stated targets and monitor quality of work.
• Bring any instances of poor performance to the Contractor's attention
• Receive and retain copies of works orders, signed by the customer or member of staff to confirm completion date/time.
• Carry out post inspections in accordance with stated targets
• Report findings of pre and post inspections.
• Check, certify or query invoices as necessary and pass to the Repairs & Compliance Assistant who will then enter cost of work onto database
• Ensure all void properties are pre and post inspected and co-ordinate repairs to achieve target timescales with external contractors

Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
