Are you looking to join a dynamic team where you can play a pivotal role in managing and selling repossessed properties? We are currently seeking an Asset Management Administration Executive to facilitate the swift and successful management and sale of properties.
This role offers opportunities for career advancement, including progression to an Asset Manager role responsible for all property assets.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange valuations, appraisals, and property inspections.
- Maintain detailed transaction records and property information sheets.
- Coordinate property cleaning and repairs in collaboration with Property Management Teams.
- Implement effective property marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and negotiate offers from potential buyers.
- Manage incoming invoices and review completion statements.
- Collaborate closely with litigation, accounts, and estate agent teams for seamless property sales.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sale progress from various parties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or asset management.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Responsive, transparent, and supportive work approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
