Property Manager - London Bridge (hybrid) - c45k+

We’re working EXCLUSIVELY with a well-established, highly reputable, boutique managing agent based near London Bridge.

Known for their vibrant inclusive team, impressive portfolio and steady growth year on year, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

- A rare opportunity to join a highly desirable employer with almost zero staff turnover

- Position available as a result of growth (not replacement)

- Working MOSTLY office based, with 1 day from home if desired

- Offices are modern and in close proximity to London Bridge station

- The portfolio is high quality, long retained and in good order (cooperative directors/residents, healthy financials etc.)

- You will undertake the full range of Property Manager duties from budget setting to major works and act accountably throughout

- QUBE exposure beneficial but not essential

- Stable career history essential, our client prides itself on continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Property Managers

- Starting salary up to £45k for the successful property manager although there may be some movement for those property managers with particularly strong experience and qualification

Suitable Property Managers will need to live within commuting range of London Bridge and be prepared to work office based 4 days per week (unless on site).
