Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with a Property Management company based on North London who are urgently seeking a Property Manager.

Duties:

• To maintain good Freehold and Leaseholder relationships by providing a high-quality service within company time-frames
• Diary management on a daily basis
• Willing to assist the senior members of the team in a day-to-day capacity & fellow PMs
• Reviewing all properties, ensuring maintenance and utilities are completed to high standard
• Additional ad-hoc duties to support the team
• Client facing - assured, respectful, builds and maintains excellent relationships & delivering to agreements in place

Desirable:

• Professional manner
• 3+ years working in a property management business

Salary:

• £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
