Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 450 units covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Greater London. You will be the initial point of contact for all day to day issues.

Office based in High Wycombe, salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Oversee a portfolio of circa 450 units
  • Liaising with a select list of trusted and vetted contractors on maintenance tasks to get quotes, organise works and coordinate access
  • Liaising with freeholders and leaseholders on maintenance items or other issues relating to their freehold
  • Assessment of client service charge budgets and expenditure as and when required
  • Preparation and issuance of notices in compliance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 in regard to major works
  • Arrange and attend AGM’s, providing minutes and following up on any arising actions
  • Undertake regular inspections
  • Respond to complaints to address disputes and potential breaches of lease

Experience required:

  • IRPM is desirable or at least two years’ experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Some experience and understanding of Property Management
  • Driving licence and own car essential
