Are you a dynamic and experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge? My Client is seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join their team in overseeing residential and commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, taking ownership of property maintenance and coordination.
 
  • Lead the management of residential and commercial properties with a focus on maintaining high standards of upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
  • Utilize your expertise to coordinate property maintenance activities efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Work remotely, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
Salary - £25k - £30k DOE
Hours - 9am-6pm
Remote working, 1-2 days in the office whilst settling in (Cheadle)
 
Preferred Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in property management, showcasing a deep understanding of property maintenance and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Proven track record of working remotely and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in utilizing relevant property management software and tools.
