5.00pm work finish on a Friday to socialise for last 30 mins

The Company

Our client is a specialist, independently owned residential letting agent covering Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. As letting agents and investment specialists, they provide unrivalled expertise and personalised services to residential property owners. Their services include tenant find, full management, bespoke portfolio management, property acquisition, buy-to-let market advice, project management for property refurbishments, and more



Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Mid-Term Property Inspections:

  • Perform regular mid-term property inspections to assess the condition of the property during a tenancy.
  • Complete detailed electronic reports based on the inspection findings.

End of Tenancy Checkout Inspections:

  • Conduct thorough inspections at the end of a tenancy.
  • Coordinate any necessary property works (repairs, maintenance, etc.) after the inspection.
  • Communicate with both the landlord and tenant regarding the inspection results.

Creating Inventories:

  • Prepare comprehensive inventories before a new tenancy begins.
  • Ensure that properties are fully equipped and ready for occupancy.

Handling Repairs and Maintenance:

  • Address repair requests promptly.
  • Coordinate necessary maintenance tasks to keep the property in good condition.

Advising Landlords:

  • Provide guidance to landlords on property repairs and improvements.
  • Offer expert advice to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Ensuring Compliance:

  • Ensure that properties meet all legal and safety requirements.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards.
