The Role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 properties. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and advisors, ensuring the seamless operation of the company's property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, handling all aspects of property management efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and advisors to coordinate maintenance works, inspections, and tenancy agreements.
  • Conduct pre-tenancy inspections and quarterly property inspections, producing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to complaints and queries from landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and support.
  • Keep abreast of legal changes and adapt business terms and agreements accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases, manage keys, process invoices, and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Provide support to landlords and tenants, addressing ad-hoc queries and tasks as needed.
