Property Manager - Package up to £35K (including car allowance) plus discretionary bonus

Experienced Property Manager required for a global property company based in Central London. If you are looking to work for adynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants clients, this could be a great opportunity for you.

From repairs to legal requirements, the Property Manager will oversee the smooth running of the tenancy from start to finish. Through building trust and relationships, we ensure a best-in-class service to maximise the clients investment.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Manage a portfolio of c120 residential properties.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Handle repairs, deposit negotiations, and utility management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee inspections.
  • Maintain property management systems and meet KPIs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal Property Manager will have:

  • Proven property management experience with regulatory knowledge.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • ARLA Level 3 qualification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Reapit software (not essential)
