An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Manchester who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team.

They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals! A fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of expansion with opportunity for future training and career progression.

Based at their flagship office and reporting to the Head of Property Management, the successful person will provide a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to the company’s customers, acting as a key contact for their developments.

Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork
  • Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
  • Negotiating lease/contracts with tenants and landlords in a timely and reliable manner
  • Handling the move in/out processes
  • Arranging gas safety, EICR and EPC checks
  • Ensuring that everything is compliant and conducting check-ins and check-outs
  • Tenancy renewals
  • Arranging and conducting property inspections and giving feedback to landlords regarding any issues noted during the visit
  • Deal with deposit and end of tenancy negotiations, and releases of deposits
  • Liaising with contractors for work
  • Addressing complaints of tenants as they arise
  • Issuing section notices when needed
  • Managing tenant evictions
  • Liaising efficiently with other departments
  • General lettings administration
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords

This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous property management or lettings experience. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!

Our client is offering a basic salaryof £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
