Property Manager
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team!

The large Property Management department employs 6 property managers, Head of Property Management, 2 Property management administrator and Account assistant. Due to the rapid growth, we are now looking for an additional Property Manager.
The Role:
As a property manager, you will be responsible for your own properties, yet work together as part of the team, assisting each other and receiving help as needed.
The property manager's responsibilities will include carrying out Midterm inspections and preparing notices to be served. As a property manager you will also be responsible for dealing with deposit dilapidations and quickly dealing with maintenance issues as they arise.
We would prefer the successful candidate to be ARLA Qualified, but will help the property manager to obtain this qualification if necessary.
Requirements:
We will consider for this role not only people with Property Management background, but also people with Lettings, Facility Management or Accounts Management experience.
* 2 years' experience in Property Management minimum.
* Customer service and procedure focused.
* Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
* Eager to learn Property Management Legislation
* Full UK driving license
The property manager role is based in our central London Office.
