Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy Property Manager to join our growing team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, apartments, and multi-unit buildings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Conduct property inspections on a regular basis to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Handle lease renewals, rent collection, and rent increases in accordance with company policies and market trends.
  • Oversee the move-in and move-out process for tenants, including conducting inspections, processing security deposit refunds, and coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, rental values, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining landlords and tenants.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and property maintenance best practices.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license (preferable) and access to reliable transportation.
