Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in property management, with a strong focus on maintenance issue resolution and compliance management.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling tenant inquiries and issuing relevant notices.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to ensure service levels are consistently upheld.
  • Adept at procurement processes and agreement negotiations with external contractors.
