Property Manager

Salary - £32,000 - £38,000
Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm
Hybrid working 2 days a week after probation
Our client is looking for a Property Manager to work within their East London Branch.
They are recommended highly in the area, boasting a wealth of local knowledge.

A little bit about the role:
- Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
- Raising rental agreements
- Dealing with property maintenance.
- Collection of rents. Payments to landlords
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong time management skills
- A quick thinker with the ability to problem solve.
- Professional approach to customer services
