The right candidate will need experience managing a residential portfolio of 100+ units, possess intricate knowledge of compliance, and have a proven track record in dealing with work orders and contractors. This position would be best suited for someone with excellent organisational and communicative skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role is a requirement, and qualifications such as ARLA would be preferred.
