Juice is delighted to be working with a leading independent property agency based in Bath in their search for a Property Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual, someone who is organised and enjoys overseeing multiple projects.

This is a varied role, with plenty of scope to develop your career within Property Management.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the portfolio.
  • Checking the tenants details and deposit are all in order.
  • Resolving maintenance queries.
  • Liaising with contractors.
  • Ensuring regular house inspections take place.
  • Managing rent arrears.
  • Being the contact for landlords and updating them on current situations.
  • Ensuring certificates are up to date and that compliance checks are completed within the portfolio.


WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Ideally a few years of Lettings experience.
  • Resilient and able to adapt to landlord's different remits.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Personable and professional communicator can build rapport.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Full UK driving license.

AND FOR YOU:

  • Annual salary of between £25,000-£30,000
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • 2-3 Days off around the Christmas/New Year period.
  • Bupa cash plan.
  • Social team events.
  • On-street parking.
  • 9:00-5:30pm.

This is a full-time in the office role.
