Our client, a leading residential block and estate management company in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a property manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of blocks and estates on behalf of Residents Management Companies across the northern home counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare service charge budgets
  • Conduct routine inspections of developments
  • Coordinate maintenance activities
  • Ensure contractor compliance
  • Address resident and leaseholder inquiries
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Provide regular client reports

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle required

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits: £28,500 - £38,000, 28 days annual leave, pension scheme with.
