The Role
Due to continued expansion within our business, we are looking for a further Property Manager to compliment and enhance our current team of experienced professionals. Candidates will preferably have knowledge of and/or experience within the leasehold/block and estate management sector.
Responsibilities
- Management of a portfolio of blocks of flats, houses and shared areas within a 30 mile radius of our Kidderminster office.
- Preparing annual service charge budgets and managing expenditure throughout the year
- Carry out routine site inspection visits, report issues to clients and arrange any resultant repairs
- Liaising with contractors, insurance companies, leaseholders and tenants in respect of matters. This will be via phone, email and in person.
- Arrangement, preparation and conducting of meetings - Directors, Residents, AGM etc.
- Point of contact in relation to any issues or queries concerning the properties within the portfolio.
- Providing assistance where necessary to other members of the team in their fulfilment of duties.
- Any other associated duties as may be required.
The preferred candidate will have:
- Knowledge of or experience in the leasehold/block management sector. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not a necessity.
- Positive, attitude towards problem solving and complex situations.
- Good organisational skills.
- Confident telephone manner & professional attitude.
- Strong IT skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must.
- Must have a full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
