The package for the position of Property Manager in Manchester is:

Your day to day responsibilities as a Property Manager will include:

* Site Visits
* Meetings with residents
* Monitor collection of ground rent
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Instructing contractors to carry out work
* Issuing section orders
* Inspections
* Inspection reports
* Working with Freeholders

We are looking for…

* Previous Property management experience, assistant property management, facilities or senior estate agency
* Presentable and great communicator
* Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM
* Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
* Genuine Interest in Property
