Atrium Recruitment is thrilled to present an enticing opportunity within the lettings and property sector. We're representing an esteemed award-winning company in search of an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team.

As a valued member of our Property Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike, ensuring seamless tenancy experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance issues by liaising with contractors and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Process property applications and conduct thorough tenant referencing.
  • Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for tenants.
  • Manage deposit releases in line with company policies.
  • Promptly address queries from both landlords and tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing valuable feedback to landlords.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional prioritization and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience.
  • Full clean driving license is mandatory.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
