A well-known, leading property company is seeking a Property Manager to be based on a BTR development in Slough, Berkshire. This role is paying £30,000 per annum, plus bonus.

The role:
Carry out on-site property management, delivering excellent customer service and oversee the tenancy process.

The BTR Property Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Provide management services that comply with regulation including health & safety.
  • Liaise with residents to ensure request are met.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships with residents, creating a community on site.
  • Work closely with the lettings team to deliver good occupancy levels.
  • Organise and supervise inspections, repairs, maintenance and other works.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Conduct viewings, defect inspections, inventories and check outs.
  • Manage complaints.
  • Assist in the developing of maintenance plans and budgets.

The BTR Property Manager:

  • Prior property management experience essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Enthusiastic 'can do’ approach.
