Property Manager Badic + 10% Bonus

High spec residence based in Bath requires an experience Resident Service Manager to lead the team. In this role, you will be responsible for a team and ensuring the tenants needs are services to the highest standard.

Overseeing customer service and handling tenant enquiries to ensure their renting experience is positives. Duties include:

  • Rental agreement paperwork
  • Managing contractors - maintenance/decorators/electricians
  • Customer service for the day to day queries
  • Move in and move out for tenants
  • Ensure team deliver customer services to a good standard.
  • Ensuring the building is being run smoothly and kept in good order

Proven build to rent and lettings experience is a must at this level.

Salary includes a basic, benefits and a discretionary 10% bonus available after probationary period.
