Property Manager - Nottingham

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional who takes pride in their work to join one of Nottingham’s leading independent Estate & Letting Agents. The Package
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
On Target Earnings: £24,000 - £29,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
  • Organising and staying on top of your own work load
  • Building and maintaining relationships with contractors
  • Understanding Lettings Law and being confident in your ability to give the correct answers to landlords and tenants.
  • Giving a top-quality service and receiving testimonials on Google
  • Making sure rental properties are being kept to a habitable standard following HHSRS
  • Striving to hit company targets and help to grow the business
  • Inputting data into Microsoft Excel to keep up to date with daily figures.
  • Ensuring the company is on top of rent arrears
  • Assisting in the serving of Section Notices
  • Providing a good service with a positive attitude


The Ideal Candidate

  • A positive and outgoing attitude
  • Proven work experience within a property management role
  • Enjoyment of problem solving and offering a high level of customer service
  • Good attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to prioritise and work efficiently at busy times
  • Punctual and well presented to continue the company’s reputation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Competent using IT software
