Salary Range: £33,000 to £38,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a prestigious property management company based in Kensington, London, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team. With an impressive portfolio of 80 high-end properties in the Prime Market, this role offers a unique chance to work with some of London's most exclusive real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of 80 high-end properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with approved contractors, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Overseeing rent collection and arrears management, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Preparing and negotiating tenancy agreements in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Utilising company-provided pool car for property inspections, demonstrating a commitment to supporting your role effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the Prime Market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and property management regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
