Property Management… but not as you know it.

This will best describe this Property Management role for my incredible client in West Hampstead.

They are a highly desired, award-winning, estate agency that holds true to their values. They are innovative, they care about what they do, and look for fun and ambitious team members who want to help better the industry as a whole.

This Property Manager role differs from the standard role; the day-to-day management-related tasks are still very much important and they’re taken care of the majority of the time for you so you can take other parts of the role up a gear.

This means that you can be responsible for managing refurbishments, portfolio expansions, and anything else that falls under adding value to your landlord’s properties.

This could be the job for you if...

  • You enjoy building and nurturing relationships
  • You get value out of adding value to other people’s lives
  • Are sociable - you don’t shy away from picking up the phone and having a chat with clients
  • You think outside the box - complex problems can require complex solutions and you’re up for the challenge
  • You're a get-things-done kind of person - this role is fast-paced and involves quick decision making on a day-to-day basis
  • You see the bigger picture - you need to look at a property and see the potential of what it could be, not just how it is

What to expect

  • Handling and managing a property portfolio
  • Day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties within that portfolio when they are escalated from the first line of defence
  • Being the support between Landlords and Tenants - offering help, advice, and troubleshooting where needed
  • Carrying out property video inspections showing Landlords how their property looks, and any maintenance they need to do
  • Working closely with Landlords about increasing their property portfolio, capital value and yield
  • Carefully onboarding new properties and giving the new Tenants a warm welcome
  • Managing a smooth vacating process for Tenants

Package

  • £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
  • Intensive and ongoing training both in-house and externally from industry leading profiles
  • Regular 1-1’s on professional and personal growth
  • Networking opportunities with a range of industry leaders
  • WFH options
  • UNLIMITED HOLIDAY
  • Regular company socials

Required skills

  • Property Management
