Willow are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can manage a wide variety of clientele for our property portfolio of 250+ properties across South London. The Property Manager must know how to handle difficult situations and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Willow are looking for someone who is reliable, committed and vigilent in their role and are able to bring their experience to the table.

The Property Manager will ensure properties are ready for clients to move into by managing our handymens diary, arranging cleaners and arranging property reports to be carried out. It is important they understand how to work in a fast paced enviornment so we can keep void periods to a minimum.

They will also ensure issues are attended to whilst properties are occupied, safety certificates are in date and complaints are addressed. The Property Managers actions, organisation and customer service skills should mitigate any complaints being escalated and should help all clients have a comfortable stay.

On a daily basis the Property Manager will be liasing with our Maintenance Team, Third Party Contractors, Occupiers and Landlords. They will also ensure administrative tasks are completed upon check-in, check-out and during a stay, ensuring our Property Management Software is up-to-date with notes, documents and work order status.

An excellent level of English writting skills is necessary for this role and an ARLA/MARLA Qualification is desired.

You will also be required to attend properties when needed and so a UK drivers licence and own vehicle will be required.

Daily tasks include:

- Liasing with Willow Maintenance staff, Third Party Contractors, Occupiers and Landlords
- Ensuring Property Safety Records are in-date
- Organising handymen job sheets to ensure Work Orders are completed and empty properties are ready to be sent for availabilty, keeping void periods to a minimum
- Organising the Property Inspectors daily diary
- Logging and addressing work orders when they arise
- Ensure Fire Health and Safety regulations are adhered to within buildings and properties
- Ensure good standards of maintenance/repair is maintained across the portfolio
- Comprehensively respond to emails
-Carry out key audits to ensure keys are kept in order. Ensuring our Key management software is used daily to sign in and out keys to staff or contractors.

Key Qulifications
- Grade A-B English Literature
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- BSc in any field
- ARLA/MARLA Qualification
