Property Manager - Camberley (Hybrid) - c£40k

We’re working with a multi-office, independent, highly modern but traditionally service minded managing agent whose coverage spreads from Surrey through Kent in to London and out West as far as Swindon, taking in the whole of the Thames Valley and surrounding.

With a focus on site visibility, the latest technology and transparent, cost effective management, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Primarily home based (3-4 days home, 1-2 days site/office)
  • Managing a Surrey / Berkshire / Hampshire based portfolio comprising a mix of RTM, Freeholder and Developer sites
  • Portfolio contains a sensible number of units enabling quality management, regular visitation and strong resident relations
  • Full range of duties from budgets to insurance and major works but supported by excellent systems and departments
  • Salary open according to experience and qualification but likely falling in the range of £40-45k
  • Well suited to those seeking employment within independent practice supported by a corporate level investment in technology.

Suitable Property Manager’s will come from a stable career background, live in or close to Surrey and have a demonstrable track record in providing service focused management to long retained clients.
