Property Manager
On behalf of an independent estate agents based in Bath, Somerset, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for an experienced Property Manager.

You will work closely with the Asset & Tenancy Team and Head of Asset & Tenancy Management to ensure, as a team, that tenancies are managed effectively, efficiently and landlords’ assets are well cared for. A continuous understanding of legislation and compliance must be adhered to.
No two days will ever be the same, but we have outlined some of the main responsibilities of this role below.
- Being the first point of contact for Tenants and Landlords (after let)
- Being responsible for the Key boxes and management of keys (handing to contractors)
- Raising work orders, booking in quotes, contractors, suppliers
- Booking pre move in works as detailed from New Lets Team
- Sending check out emails to TT’s
- Booking C/I and cleans pre move in
- Booking C/O and cleans for move out
- Sending check in follow up emails
- Sending out Welcome packs
- Advising on post inspection works
- Assisting with deposit negotiations and confirmations
- Overseeing void period management and works
- Sending LLs vacant management reports
- Overseeing end of tenancy key return/key collection/key cutting
- Invoicing vacating Tenants calculation via accounts
- Booking inspections
- Utility Management
- Block Management notifications
- Supporting the Asset & Tenancy Management Team where required
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a track record of property management, but moreover have the right character that aligns with our values:
