On behalf of a franchised estate agency located in High Wycombe and serving the South Buckinghamshire area, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Property Manager. They offer a comprehensive range of property-related services, including Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Land and New Homes and access to mortgage and protection advice. Their team of experts provide complete property solutions to clients in the South Buckinghamshire, The Chilterns, and the Thames Valley areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at the High Wycombe office. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including managing tenant relationships, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and resolving any issues that arise. The Property Manager will also be involved in arrears chasing and end of tenancy negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Experience in conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the property management industry
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management would be beneficial
