Property Manager – Duties

  • Being the initial point of contact for all Property Management issues day-to-day
  • Liaising with Landlords in regards to maintenance and general queries
  • Organise repairs, obtain quotes and coordinate with tenants and contractors 
  • Organise utility management for new tenancies
  • Carry out property inspections when required

Property Manager – Experience Needed

  • Attention to detail required
  • Able to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a team 
  • Able to deal with conflict and strong dispute resolution skills
  • Keen to hit targets and achieve results
  • Previous Property Management / Lettings experience is desirable 
  • At least 12 months' customer service experience is required
