Property Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for this highly-regarded estate agency in Walton-on-Thames.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their friendly team and assist with their expanding lettings portfolio. They strive to provide an excellent level of service to both landlords and tenants and, as such, you will be required to be competent at multi-tasking and thrive under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Acting as liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties
• Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
• Visiting sites and carrying out inspections
• Adhering to compliance through efficient administration
• Processing insurance claims
• Approving invoices
• Managing relationships with contractors
• Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
• Assisting with inventories, check-ins and check-outs
• Negotiating deposit returns.
Personal specification:
• Previous experience within property management or lettings administration would be preferred but is not essential
• ARLA/NFoPP would be beneficial
• Have strong administration skills
• Have superb customer service skills
• Be able to multi-task and prioritise
• Be a confident communicator, and have the ability to deal with demanding clients and remain calm under pressure
• Full UK driving licence and have your own car.
The salary on offer will be between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
