Our Oxford based client are seeking an individual to join their team as Property Manager. The role is Temporary and will require someone experienced to hit the ground running. The role will last 92 days, ideally 11th March onwards and will be paying £17 per hour.

What will you be doing?

As property Manager you will be the first point of contact for the residents and carry out various duties to ensure facilities are maintained and any issues are seen to, this will include liaising with external teams, monitoring and dealing with property inspections, seeing to resident queries, dealing with complaints, collecting payments, completion of paperwork and more.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this temporary Property Manager opportunity will have experience within this role and be able to provide a high standard of customer service. You will have good I.T and literacy skills and have a keen eye for detail.

What is on offer?

On offer within this opportunity is a hourly rate of £17 an hour. This is a Monday - Friday role, fully onsite 8am-6pm.
