We’re working with a well-established, independent, multi office managing agent who oversee good quality blocks and estates on behalf of Freeholders and RMC’s across London and the South East with a particularly strong presence in Essex & Kent.

With a strong pipeline of new instructions going live early in 2024, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

• Working part home, part office based (Bromley office 4 days per week, 1 day from home)
• Overseeing 400-500 units for one large freeholder client situated in close proximity across London and Kent
• Undertaking the full range of block tasks from budget setting and oversight to insurance provision and major works, in addition to daily resident correspondence and site visits
• IRPM qualification FULLY SUPPORTED and encouraged in post.

The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career path and have 1-3 years block management experience although our client MAY consider those looking to step up from Assistant Property Manager level if they are fulfilling the full range of tasks in all but title.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
