Property Manager - Bristol (Mostly Home Based) - Up to £38k + Benefits

We’re working with a Bristol based, independent managing agent who are wholly owned by (but fully autonomous from) a larger national group

Overseeing a long retained, Bristol Centric portfolio they pride themselves on a personal, professional service that has seen them succeed and grow locally for over 30 years.

Following portfolio growth (and so as not to overload existing Property Managers) they now seek an additional property manager as follows:

  • Working part home (3-4 days) part office (1-2 days) based in Bristol
  • Early finish on Fridays!
  • Overseeing a small local portfolio totalling no more than 20 blocks comprising new builds, conversions, freeholders and some RMC’s
  • IRPM qualification desirable but not essential and supported in post for those keen to obtain it
  • Regular site visits across Bristol
  • Focus on resident/client interaction, customer service and accountability
  • Excellent internal support relating to accounts and maintenance
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a property manager with a stable career history
  • Starting salary from £33k - £38k + Benefits (perk box, training fund, annual bonus) rising with tenure and performance
