Property Manager Assistant

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with a Property Management company based on North London who are urgently seeking a Property Manager Assistant.

This role will be to bridge the gap between the growing property management team and the support office.

Duties:

  • Responsible for management of the services sheets and the portfolio
  • All services to be recorded on property files accordingly
  • Communicating and with leaseholders, being the first point of call for queries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Following up all communications with the Property Managers.
  • Diary management on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing all properties, ensuring maintenance and utilities are completed to high standard
  • Additional ad-hoc duties to support the team.

Desirable:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience working in a property management business

Salary:

  • £27,000 - £35,000 DOE
