Days/ Times: Monday- Friday- 8:45- 18:00 / 1 in 4 Saturdays- 9:00- 15:00

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and organised Property Manager Administrator to join our client’s team at their brand new offices in Arnold. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of their property management department, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the property management department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
  • Manage digital and physical records related to properties, leases, and tenant agreements.
  • Prepare lease agreements, rental applications, and other property-related documents as needed.

Tenant and Landlord Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease-related concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords regarding property updates, rental payments, and tenant issues.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords.

Property Maintenance:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from tenants, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to property standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and property owners to schedule maintenance work and inspections.
  • Book contractors to produce EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical certificates.

Compliance and Legal Requirements:

  • Stay updated on relevant landlord-tenant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, rental property standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of legal documents, including eviction notices and lease terminations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, property regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
