Property Management Area Director East Midlands

Our client is the U.K’s largest independent property services group.

Working alongside the Residential Lettings Area Director(s) and reporting directly to the Property Management Director , you will be responsible for your own team of Property Management Managers and overseeing compliance.

You will ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

we seek a confident, influential and diplomatic leader, with an inherent sense of positivity and drive, and will possess significant experience in Property Management with a clear understanding of current lettings and property management legislation. Driving performance, personal development and day to day management of your team.

An excellent communicator, both verbally and written, in person and via online meetings, articulate, pragmatic, analytical and solutions-focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm.

The successfull candidate will be a high performer who is KPI driven and an excellent recruiter and developer of people. and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other. and possess high standards of delivery and KPI driven.

Essential :

• Must hold ARLA Level 3 or higher.
• Be live within 1 hour of one of the offices (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Lincoln, Peterborough)
• Your experience must be within private residential lettings, and current.
  
  
• Must have dedicated experience to property management.
  
  

An effective influencer of teams and holding an ability to synergise with other key stakeholders Basic salary range of £40,000 to £55,000 per year, dependant on experience Additional £15,000 performance-related pay £55,000 to £70,000 on-target earnings
