We are seeking a Property Administrator to join a well-established and busy company based in the local Enfield area.

You will be providing a full professional service and acting as the first point of contact for all customers. 

This is a full-time permanent role with core office hours Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch), Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch).

Hybrid working is available once probation has been passed.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
  • Utilise a workflow system to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
  • Log calls and monitor them from start to completion, adhering to the company’s SLA.
  • Correspond to emails and calls, ensuring efficient property operation.
  • Liaise with leaseholders and contractors regarding maintenance issues.
  • Manage inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues effectively.
  • Coordinate the booking of appointments and organisation of maintenance works.
  • Obtain quotes and organise repairs as needed.
  • Assist with the management of the company’s growing property portfolio.
  • Handle and assist with insurance claims.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in the property sector.
  • Knowledge of Qube is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of residential property management and current legislation.
  • Effective multitasking and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills.
  • Professional communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Familiarity with Section 20 legislation.
  • A common-sense approach is beneficial.
