My client a boutique law firm based in central London are now seeking a UK qualified solicitor with 10+ PQE.

HYBRID WORKING - SALARY £70,000 TO £80,000 DOE

A highly respected law firm is in search of a seasoned Solicitor, boasting over 10 years of post-qualification experience, to manage a diverse caseload encompassing Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Negligence Claims.

As a specialist in your field, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of complex cases, offering you the chance to showcase your legal acumen and strategic prowess. This position not only provides a platform to further hone your skills but also to make a tangible impact on the firm's success and the satisfaction of its esteemed clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of litigation processes and a proven track record in delivering favourable outcomes. Your expertise in property and commercial law will be pivotal in navigating the intricacies of each case, while your experience in negligence claims will ensure comprehensive legal service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress a caseload of Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Negligence Claims.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.
- Develop and implement robust case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- A strong background in Property and Commercial Litigation.
- Experience in handling Negligence Claims.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- A current practising certificate.
