PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 6+ YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £95,000+ (DOE), NATIONAL LAW FIRM - This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor to conduct diverse and challenging work within a flourishing Legal 500 team. JOB REF: 5123.

OVERVIEW:
• Excellent salary plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, health insurance and pension scheme.
• You will be responsible for the provision of a cradle-to-grave service; from advising upon dispute avoidance and mediation to land rights disputes and third-party determination.
• You will gain excellent exposure to a majority of contentious matters, with the opportunity to act for a varied and high value client base.
• You will be a team player and be able to work with others at all levels of the firm.
• You will be a strong communicator with good rapport building skills and the resilience to work under pressure by organising yourself effectively to meet deadlines as needed.
• The Property Litigation team is regarded as a regional leader in the local area, and are renowned for their commercial focus and technical excellence.
