Are you a property litigation solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? I am currently seeking a specialist in property litigation with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join an esteemed team within a leading law firm.

About the Firm:
Our client, is a prominent law firm with a nationwide presence across five offices. Renowned for their expertise in the health and social care sectors, they are looking to add to their busy property litigation team. 

The Role:
As a specialist property litigation lawyer, you will play a crucial role within the commercial propetty team. Collaborating closely with real estate specialists across all offices, you will provide dispute resolution services to clients spanning health, social care, charities, and social enterprise sectors. You should have experience in the following:
  • Service charge disputes
  • Lease renewals
  • Property-related insolvency matters
  • Overage disputes
  • Professional negligence cases
  • Rent reviews
  • Possession claims
  • Dilapidations claims
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a diverse range of property litigation matters including service charge disputes, lease renewals, insolvency, overage disputes, professional negligence, rent reviews, possession claims, and dilapidations claims.
  • Utilizing your expertise to deliver optimal outcomes for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with internal and client data security guidelines.
  • Embracing a hybrid working environment with flexibility to work from the office and remotely.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE with a strong background in commercial real estate litigation.
  • Ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse sectors, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven team player with the capacity to collaborate across multiple office locations.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding equality and diversity in the workplace.
