Property Lister
- Property Lister - Estate Agency - Manchester
- £25-30k Basic Salary
Are you highly organised with amazing attention to detail and love looking at properties all day?
Working within a highly successful busy independently owned Estate Agency, you will a pivotal part of the business supporting in the marketing of all newly listed properties, liaising with photographers, writing property particulars, updating window cards, listing on property portals and basic social media.
- Previous administration experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- Have creative flare and be willing to take charge of our visual marketing content
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
- Creation of our bespoke sales brochure for each property
- Creation of engaging social media adverts
Hours of Work Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with one day off during the week.
Saturdays – 10am – 4pm
