Property Lettings Negotiator

£19,000 - £23,000 per annum

NG9, Bramcote

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join a fast-growing estate agency as a Property Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our client interactions, providing exceptional service and driving sales to meet targets. Responsibilities:

  • Handling applicant enquiries promptly
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating deals with landlords
  • Facilitating applicant payments for property securing
  • Providing outstanding service and seeking client testimonials
  • Ensuring properties are move-in ready
  • Welcoming guests and managing incoming calls
  • Inputting data into Microsoft Excel for record-keeping
  • Familiarising yourself with property letting regulations
  • Delivering service with a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Client-orientated approach
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Sales-focused and target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with office equipment and IT software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Punctuality and professional appearance
