TSR Legal are working with a South West law firm who now have a brand new opportunity for a Property Lawyer, 4 + PQE, to join their team in Swindon. The firm is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance the Land & Development team within the Commercial Department. The role demands managing a varied caseload, including site acquisitions and disposals, finance requirements, and complex contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering robust client relationships and will play a pivotal role in business development through strategic networking and marketing initiatives.

Candidates must exhibit a track record in land & development work, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service. The ability to work collaboratively, manage a demanding workload, and make decisive, responsible choices is paramount. Professionalism, self-motivation, and advanced IT proficiency are also essential. A full UK driving license and personal transport are required.
