A market leading and highly successful Property Consultancy are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Property Investment Consultant to play a vital role in the business, duties of the role will include:

• Looking after and selling to, a manageable, targeted number of Investors
• Recognising, creating and actioning opportunities within the Investment portfolios
• Marketing and introducing the Companies stock to existing investors
• Aiding clients to grow and develop their investment portfolios
• Qualifying new and potential investors within the network
• Arranging viewings and capturing feedback (no site visits)
• Presenting and accepting offers
• Up selling some of the companies other services
• Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio
